Paint is the cheapest material on a job and the most visible, which is why cutting corners on it is such a bad trade. The work that decides how paint looks in year three happens before the first coat: filling and sanding, caulking gaps, priming stains and raw patches, and protecting everything that isn't being painted. We do that work every time, because paint over bad prep is just bad prep you can see later.

Exterior painting in North Texas is a weather problem as much as a color choice. South- and west-facing elevations take brutal UV, and trim, fascia and siding fail from sun and thermal cycling faster than from rain. We paint exteriors with the surface prep and products that climate demands, and we replace rotted trim before painting it — coating rot doesn't cure it.

What we build

Whole-home interior repaint
Walls, ceilings and trim through the house — the prep-heavy version that still looks right in year three.
Cabinet painting
Degreased, sanded, primed and spray-finished — the kitchen transformation that costs a fraction of new boxes.
Exterior repaint
Body, trim and fascia with rot replaced first and products chosen for Texas UV.
Remodel finish painting
The final coat on our own drywall and trim work — one contractor, one finish standard.

Common questions

Do you paint kitchen cabinets?
Yes — cabinet painting done properly (degrease, sand, prime, spray-grade finish) is a fraction of replacement cost and can transform a kitchen. Done badly it peels within a year, which is why the prep steps aren't optional.
How often does exterior paint last in Texas?
It varies by exposure and product — sun-baked elevations age fastest. Rather than promise a number, we use the prep and materials that maximize it and point out any elevation that will need attention sooner.
