Why one contractor

A remodel rarely failsin the tile. It fails in thespace between trades.

The tile setter says the substrate was wrong. The plumber says the rough-in was fine. Somebody is right, and the homeowner pays for the argument either way. That gap is where remodels lose weeks and budgets.

NRS doesn't have that gap, because NRS doesn't have handoffs. The same company owns the demolition, the framing, the waterproofing, the tile and the paint — one contract, one schedule, one person whose name is on the outcome.

How we work

What we build

Every trade a house needs, answerable to one name.

Remodeling

The projects that change how a house lives — whole homes, kitchens, bathrooms and new rooms, managed end to end by one contractor.

Interior Construction

The trades that decide whether a remodel looks remodeled — floors, tile, walls, framing, paint, cabinetry and counters.

Exterior Construction

The envelope and the outdoors — roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, fencing, patios, decks and pergolas built for North Texas weather.

General Construction

Concrete, masonry, insulation, demolition and the running repair list every house accumulates — handled properly, not patched.

How it runs

Seven stages.One owner.

Every project runs the same sequence, and you always know which stage you are in and what happens next.

  1. 01Consultation

Call or send the form. We ask the questions that shape a real scope instead of a number pulled out of the air.

  2. 02Project evaluation

On site: measurements, structure, conditions, options. We find what's behind the wall before it becomes a change order. The estimate is free.

  3. 03Scope & planning

A written scope and price, approved by you before anything starts. If it isn't in the scope, it isn't in the price — both directions.

  4. 04Selections

Materials locked before demolition. Nothing delays a job like a decision made after the wall is open.

  5. 05Construction

Trades sequenced under one schedule with one point of contact. You always know what happens next and who is in your house.

  6. 06Quality control

Each stage is checked before the next one covers it. Waterproofing gets inspected before tile, not after a leak.

  7. 07Final walkthrough

We walk it with you and write the punch list down — then we actually finish it. That last five percent is the part most people remember.

The standard

The parts youstop noticing.

A finished room is judged on the things that disappear when they are right: a grain that carries across a joint, a reveal that holds its line the length of a wall, a door that closes the same in August as it did in February.

Questions

Beforeyou call.

More depth — including honest DFW cost ranges — in the resource centre.

Can NRS handle the entire remodel, or just one trade?
The entire project — that's the point of a general contractor. Demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinets, counters, paint, doors, windows and the exterior work, coordinated under one contract and one schedule with one person responsible.
Do you work throughout DFW?
Yes — we're based in Plano and serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, from McKinney and Frisco down through Dallas and out to Arlington and Fort Worth. Distance changes routing, never standards.
Can you remodel a home while we live in it?
Most of our projects are occupied homes. We contain dust, protect the paths we use, keep bathrooms and kitchens functional as long as the scope allows, and name the disruptive days in advance.
How does the estimate process work?
Call or send the form; we come out, measure and talk through options; then you get a written scope and price to approve before anything starts. The estimate is free anywhere in DFW.
Can you change the layout of a kitchen or take out a wall?
Usually — but it starts with the load question, not the design. We assess what's structural, engineer a beam where one is needed, and price both paths so you decide with real numbers.
What affects remodeling cost the most?
Layout changes, the class of materials (cabinetry above all), project size, and mid-project changes. Our cost guide walks the honest ranges — and a written scope replaces guessing entirely.
