Drywall is the trade everyone notices only when it's done badly. A wall is flat or it isn't, a patch is invisible or it's a rectangle you see every time the afternoon light rakes across it. The difference is in the finishing — feathering joints wide enough, sanding between coats, and matching the existing texture rather than approximating it. DFW homes are full of textured walls and ceilings, and texture matching is a genuine skill we take seriously.
We hang and finish new drywall in remodels and additions, and we repair everything else: water-stained ceilings after a roof or plumbing leak, doorknob holes, settlement cracks that keep returning, and the scars left behind when walls are opened for electrical or plumbing work. Recurring cracks get diagnosed, not just filled — a crack that reopens every season is the house telling you something.

Common questions
- Can you get rid of my popcorn ceiling?
- Yes — it's one of the most transformative single updates in an older DFW home. Scope depends on what's under it and whether it's been painted over. We assess that up front and quote the realistic version.
- Why does the same wall crack keep coming back?
- Usually seasonal foundation movement working a weak joint — common on our clay soils. We repair it with the reinforcement the location needs, and we'll tell you honestly if the pattern suggests the foundation deserves a specialist's look first.
